1. Who we are

Zylo Chat is operated by Gyankaar Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to the Zylo Chat Android app, our website at zylo-chat.bharataiworks.com, and related services. Contact details appear at the end of this policy.

2. Information we handle

• Account and sign-in: your mobile number, one-time code verification records, account identifiers, and login sessions.
• App and technical data: app version or flavour, device and network information such as IP address, and records needed to operate and secure the service.
• Subscriptions and payments: the plan you select, trial eligibility, subscription status, payment or order references, and transaction history. PhonePe processes the payment authorization; we do not ask you to give us your UPI PIN.
• Support: the messages and contact details you send when asking for help.
• Content: if a chat, feed, or media feature becomes available, content you choose to submit to it and associated metadata needed to provide that feature. The available features and their controls will be shown in the app.

3. Why we use information

We use information to verify your number, maintain your account, provide available features, manage subscriptions and payments, respond to support requests, protect the service from misuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements. We use technical records to understand reliability and improve the service.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use MSG91 and ValueFirst to send sign-in codes, PhonePe for subscription payments, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage. Our service providers receive information needed to perform their work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

5. Security and storage

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect the service. App media, where used, is held in private storage and is not made public merely by uploading it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your one-time codes and device secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as needed to provide the service or until deletion is requested where available and permitted. Payment and transaction records may be retained longer for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for operational and security needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing contact@bharataiworks.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If a request affects information needed for an active subscription or a legal record, we will explain the practical limits.

8. This website

This website is a static information site and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Its hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as IP address, requested page, and time of access, to deliver and protect the site. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will publish the current version here with an updated date, and use additional notice when required.
