1. Agreement and operator

Zylo Chat is operated by Gyankaar Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Zylo Chat app, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time code. Provide accurate information, keep your device and codes secure, and do not use another person’s account without permission. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. The service and previews

Zylo Chat is an evolving Android service. Features, content types, and availability may change. Illustrations on this website are product previews, not a guarantee that a particular feature is live. The features available to you are those shown in the app at the time you use it.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect others. Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights, is unlawful, abusive, or harmful; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; interfere with the service; or misuse it for fraud or spam. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

If the app lets you submit messages, images, or other content, you remain responsible for that content and for having the rights to submit it. You grant us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the feature you chose. Zylo Chat’s branding, software, and original site content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

6. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, their current prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory charge are displayed in the app before you approve payment. At the date of these Terms, the backend supports a monthly plan of ₹249 and a yearly plan of ₹999; an eligible first monthly subscription may start with a ₹1 one-day trial. Trial eligibility is limited to one use per account. The amount and schedule presented at checkout govern the mandate you authorize.

Subscriptions are set up through a PhonePe-supported UPI mandate. By approving a mandate, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout. A payment or mandate may remain pending until the payment provider confirms it. Contact us if a charge or subscription status appears incorrect.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation through the app’s subscription controls. Cancellation asks PhonePe to stop the mandate and ends the Zylo subscription when confirmed; a setup request still pending may first need its status checked. If you cannot cancel in the app, email contact@bharataiworks.com with your registered mobile number and payment reference. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge already completed. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

8. Availability and limitations

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, network issues, payment providers, and other dependencies can affect it. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms. The current version will be posted here with an updated date, with additional notice where required. We may suspend or close an account for serious misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must retain.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections, disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
